The present Privacy Policy has been adopted by the Company under the distinctive title “VINTELI BY VIVIAN CHATZELI”, which is based in Piraeus, Methonis str., no. 87, tel. (0030) 2104611310, email: info@vintelioutlet.gr, which is the controller of the personal data you provide to us while using our e-shop and is responsible to provide to you all the information you shall need.

We treat the protection of your personal data with responsibility and we believe that it should be collected and processed only when absolutely necessary. Therefore, all of our Company’s systems and this website are designed and operate in accordance with the applicable European and Greek legislation regarding data protection (mainly the Regulation EU 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data -hereinafter «GDPR»- and Law 4624/2019). 3.2. Registering as a Member – Creating an Account

The above personal data is used by our Company in order to create your account, through which you can proceed to your orders and check your transaction history, while retaining your password, in order to allow you access to your account every time you log in. 3.3. Purchase of Products from our E-shop

On our e-shop, you may only make purchases as registered members, through your personal account. To complete each online order, process it and execute it, it is necessary to provide, collect and process some necessary personal information. This data is used by our Company to execute your order, the purchase of products and their deliver to the address you declare.

We will send by you the proof of receipt of your order e-mail, as well as details for the tracking of its delivery from the courier, or we will use both your e-mail and your phone to contact you in case we encounter any problem with the execution of your order or in order for the employee of the courier company to contact you if necessary, and for any other communication with or notice to you, according to the Terms of Use.

In case it is completely inactive for a time period longer that three (3) years, it will be de-activated and deleted from our systems. Tax data of each purchase shall be preserved for ten (10) years from the date of the purchase.
